The K'ai Men Gallery
An open door for an open mind
Henny Warren
Henny was born and educated in Holland. She came to the UK in 1962 and trained as a florist with Constance Spry. She married in 1965 and once her children were old enough she joined day classes studying ceramics and subsequently invested in her own kiln. Friends joined her potting in her kitchen for the next decade.

In 1988 Henny moved to Chichester and attended a short course on stone carving which she fell in love with. She now works from a studio at home producing wonderful animal heads and abstract forms carved from polyphante, Soapstone, Alabaster and Portland stone.
