Alexandra took up sculpture whilst her children were young. Having been inspired by pieces at an exhibition, she went to classes for several years.
In the main She works in a clay called "Craft Crank" as it is very strong and forgiving, these pieces are then fired at home and patinate - in her own shoe box studio.

She has selected pieces cast in bronze or bronze resin (these are then sold as limited editions). her work is exhibited in The Old Bakehouse, Bournemouth and London.
Alexander's work is very tactile, we strongly recommend you visit the gallery in order to see these sculptures at their best.
